Christina Miller, LCPC
Christina has 30 years of professional counseling experience working with young adults and adults sorting through their personal, professional and medical challenges in outpatient, non-profit and hospital settings. Her undergraduate degree is in Sociology from Ohio University and master’s degree is from Johns Hopkins University in Clinical Community Counseling. Christina is licensed in the State of Maryland and certified to supervise students seeking their clinical license. She has spent the past 10 years working with adults and care partners adjusting to and living with a cancer diagnosis. Prior to that she specialized in supporting people adjusting to chronic health conditions. Christina’s career began working with adolescents and young adults diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders who were involved with the juvenile justice system.
Christina is a person-centered therapist with an emphasis on utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral interventions for change. Her integrative approach draws from various evidence-based therapies to meet your unique needs.
