    Do you accept insurance?

    We are a private pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we provide clients with a monthly superbill they can submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of session costs after the deductible is met.

    Can you provide a diagnosis for my records?

    With a signed release of information from the patient, we are happy to communicate with referring providers and share relevant clinical information as appropriate.

    What are your session rates?

    Our rates are available on our Rates & Insurance page. We are transparent about fees during the initial intake call.

    Do you offer telehealth?

    Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Silver Spring office and telehealth sessions.

    What is your cancellation policy? 

    We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This policy is reviewed with all clients at intake.
