Lakhshmi Nagireddy is a licensed social worker with extensive experience working with parents and children.  She has a BA in Psychology from Wichita State University and attended University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work to obtain her master’s degree. She has worked in school settings and private practice, and she continues to bring her knowledge and expertise into the field of psychotherapy.

There are many things in life that are challenging, and it takes a supportive environment to grow in particular ways. Therapy is an outlet and a resource for that growth, and a place to reflect on the patterns we live in our day to day lives. Lakhshmi believes that therapy can be used to hold a mirror to ourselves — a mirror to help us learn, grow, and change safely.

Lakhshmi enjoys an eclectic style of therapy including play therapy, motivational interviewing, and gestalt therapy. She believes in meeting each client where they are and working with clients collaboratively to help them achieve their goals.
